The location of our new project in Topkapı, right by E-5 Beltway and one of the distinguished places of the district. Our turnover target from the project, which will consists of street stores, office floors and 228 houses in an approximately 30,000 m² sellable area, is 300 million TL.  

3S Kale Topaz Residence project will be carried out close to the public transportation such as metrobus and light rail systems and on the holding`s own land. 3S Kale Topkapı project, located between Yeni Yüzyıl University and Istinye University, will have city and sea sceneries.

A building audit was also carried out in 3S Topaz residences in which seismic and insulation regulations are also followed.
